Over the last twenty years, I have gained an unparalleled appreciation of the grievance process in Ohio. This includes service on a Supreme Court Task Force which made recommendations to the Ohio Supreme Court about revisions to the disciplinary process in Ohio. For the last four years, I have assisted judges and lawyers who are facing disciplinary inquiries.
My experiences encompass representing clients before disciplinary counsel and local and statewide grievance committees. Having served as disciplinary counsel, I have a keen understanding and foresight of the grievance process that can assist clients in their endeavor to settle grievances before the client faces formal proceedings.
